Animation is very exciting, we love watching animated movie or graphics. Imagine the movie Matrix without graphics; it wouldn’t have been so good. Have you ever wished to make those graphics all by yourself? It isn’t that tough as you think! Recently I read an article in a local news paper. The article precisely describes about Animation and Animation as a career. Here is a Sneak Peak.

What is animation?
Put in simple words, animation is giving life to inanimate objects or drawing.

What is the use of Animation or where can it be used?
From films to e-learning, in the medical science, there is scope for animation in variety of fields. Animation can be implemented almost anywhere*. Animations are used in Films, Web designing, Game developing, art design, visual effects and a lot more…

What are the stages in creating an Animation?
Animation starts with creating an inanimate drawing up to giving them life.
It includes

  •     Pre-production
  •     Production
  •     Post-production

In the pre-production stage, the story is developed, the character is visualized.
In the production stage, you make the actual animation movie, that is shooting the movie.
In the post production you edit, compose, and add sound effects and special light effect.

How do you qualify? What are the qualities required?
The first and foremost qualification is, you must be creative and you should have the ability to imagine or think beyond. It also depends on the kind of courses you have preferred in 11th and 12th grade. You can opt for a degree in animation after your 12th grade.
